Performance Management Appraisal

Task analysis. The fundamental component of performance management at NHI is task analysis and examination of the work activities performed by each person. At NHI there is a job description that clearly defines what tasks should be performed for a given position. Such job descriptions are updated annually and conform to the objectives and standards of NHI
