The type of services provided are as follows:

• Personal care that includes bathing, mouth care, hair care, skin care, perineal care, dressing, toileting.
• Nutrition that includes preparation of meal, feeding client, measure and record intake and output.
• Client Transfer and Positioning that includes assisting bedridden client, supervise client with crutches/walker, physically positioning client, using transfer board/mechanical lift.
• Exercise Programs that include assisting client with exercise program, breathing exercises, suctioning client nasally (as per NHI authorization and instruction).
• Medication Administration, providing physical assistance with medications following client's direction and established plan of care, reporting safety concerns to supervisor, reporting client compliance with medication regime.
