Financial and Information Management
The client is added to NHI database. They
are assigned a special client I.D. number, and this number
is supplied on all transactions to ensure correct identification
of the Clients. This number is used on billing to ensure
accuracy.
All records are maintained for a period of
seven (7) years these include financial records, books,
documents and other accounting records relating to the performance
of NHI's obligation.
NHI management uses feedback from Clients,
Staff, industry changes, and technological updates, to implement
and evaluate our operational plan with respect to short
and long-term directions.
Our financial planning includes budget preparation, monitoring
and controls. Each fiscal year, NHI management presents
a budget that identifies each area of operation.
We have technology that on a month-to-month basis, expenses
are monitored.
Invoices are done on a weekly basis by our
Accounting Department, the Accounting Administrator verifies
weekly the hours worked, for payroll purposes. Should a
NHI employee be overpaid, then the hours billed would be
outside the hours paid.
Only those services authorized by the
Coordinator of NHI and that have been delivered will be
paid.
