Standards of Measurement
NHI has developed a strategy for improving
staff capabilities. This requires two primary elements:
- performance management, which focuses on the work to
be performed.
- professional development, which focuses on the competencies
required to perform the work. To ensure that staff activities
are carefully aligned with the overall of the agency,
these two elements must be firmly grounded in NHI objectives
and standards.
