PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER - MARKHAM - COMMUNITY CLIENTS
CASUAL PSW SHIFTS AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY CLIENTS IN MARKHAM
SHIFTS: 1 to 2 hours for Days/Evenings/Nights – Weekdays/Weekend/Holidays
REQUIREMENTS: •Valid First aid/CPR •Valid N95 Mask fit testing •Personal Support Worker Certification (NACC if applicable) OR 1 year RPN transcript OR 2 years RN transcript •Valid Police Clearance within the last year •Current TB Test/Chest Xray and Immunization including covid vaccination
DUTIES: Not limited to: •Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans. •Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping. •Assists clients in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, linen changes, etc. •Assists clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises. •Meets the safety needs of the client and uses equipment safely and properly. •Completes records and documentations accurately and thoroughly.
