The type of services provided is as follows:

• Personal care that include bathing, mouth care, hair care, skin care, perineal care, dressing, toileting.
• Nutrition that include preparation of meal, feeding client, measure and record intake and output.
• Client Transfer and Positioning that include assisting bedridden client, supervise client with crutches/walker, physically positioning client, using transfer board/mechanical lift.
• Exercise Programs that include assisting client with exercise program, breathing exercises, suctioning client nasally (as per NHI authorization and instruction).
